How do I access the survey?
You create and remember your own login and password—you do not need a password from Council staff to access the survey. Council staff will see your request to view the survey for a specific community and approve or deny it usually within one business day if you are not pre-authorized for a specific community. Anyone else on your staff (or hired consultants) can access your community’s survey by setting up a login and requesting to access your community’s survey. Any users that request access but do not share a domain name for your community (i.e. a consultant) will need permission from someone employed by the City unless they have completed and submitted your survey in the past.
How do I save my work?
Green Save buttons save your work. The survey will give you a warning and log you out after 20 minutes of inactivity, but you can save your work as you go for each project and on each tab when you have finished making edits. You can log in any time to view all of your saved changes.
What are the checkboxes?
The checkboxes on each tab that read “User has completed this step” do not save your progress like Green Save Buttons or change anything in the submittal of the survey—they are for your use to mark your own progress or to communicate with other users of the survey in your community that work on a tab is complete.

Have questions about directions on the survey, or where to enter relevant information about your community? Write these questions in the comment box at the bottom of each tab of the survey and Council staff will respond to your question there. Council staff may also add comments to the bottom of each tab upon review of your survey to communicate any changes they make.
